Sho Hinakawa

雛河翔

Hinakawa has gray eyes and messy red hair which covers his left eye. His regular attire, like rest of the bureau staff, consists of a dark suit, white shirt and black tie with the exception of the bright purple lining of his rolled-up sleeves.
