Mr. Touyama

Mr. Touyama is a history teacher at Mochinoki Junior High School where Kiyomaro goes to. He is also one of the teachers who has a grudge against Kiyomaro for never showing up to class in the past. He's always peeved at how Kiyomaro always gets 100%, so he plots new ways to try to make sure Kiyomaro gets a bad mark or look bad.
