Character

Tooru Narasaka

奈良坂透

Height: 177 cm A sniper in the Miwa Squad (A-rank, 7th place), he is a second-year high school student. He holds the title of the No. 2 sniper, ranking just behind Touma. Unlike Touma, he is a methodical, theory-driven, and exemplary marksman. He frequently achieves perfect scores in combat training—a testament to his high level of skill—though he trails Touma in points due to a difference in their actual combat records. Because their philosophies on sniping also differ, he often adopts a confrontational attitude or tone toward Touma. (While Touma follows the principle of "only firing shots that are guaranteed to hit," Narasaka also uses sniping to keep opponents in check.) Like Kodera and others, he attends a prestigious, academically-oriented high school affiliated with Border (whereas members like Miwa and Yoneya attend a regular high school). He belongs to the Kido faction, as his home was once destroyed by Neighbors. He is a cousin of Rei Nasu (of the Nasu Squad) and also serves as a mentor to Hiura, a member of her squad.
