Shinpachi's friend from childhood, who was always bullied. Later, he joined local gang, just to prove that he is strong now. After catching him stealing, Shinpachi takes him under his care, and now Taka-chin is official member of Otsuu- chan's fanclub. Later on, he finds his true love, Eric, and quits Otsuu-chan's fanclub for him.
