Oobami Hakase

Species: Idaten Director of the Development Bureau in the Imperial Zoble military. His body is a remote-controlled robot, and his true identity is a mystery even to the Zoble. He calls himself the Demon Lord and is using the Zoble Empire as a front to increase the number of demons. He used to reign over Zoble as "Emperor Obama," but he gave up his throne to Takeshita, pretended to be dead, and took on the name Oobami to infiltrate the Development Bureau.
