First Appearance: Chapter 223; Episode 146 Rivers is a member of the Bellamy Pirates. He is the sniper of the crew, and the one wearing the hat with long ear-flaps. In the manga, it was he who stopped Sarquiss from going after Luffy and not Eddy. (Source: One Piece Wikia)
