First Appearance: Chapter 214; Episode 128 Petty Officer Shine is a large Marine who wears sunglasses and has an odd goatee. He is under the command of Captain Hina and appears to be one of her senior officers. He is the one who spots Fullbody and Jango doing a strange dance in an attempt to impress Hina.
