Nogizaka is a high-ranking member of the Defense Force. Nogizaka is very rational when making decisions, making him clash with Isao Shinomiya's new ideals for the next generation. In spite of that, he still trusts and respects the Director. He seems to get annoyed when denied a chance to fight.
