川島千尋

The bizarre vice principal of Waldstein Academy. She can be quite stern, but displays inappropriate behavior much of the time to comedic effect. Because her hair style is the subject of much ridicule by the students, Chihiro is extremely flattered when Uchida compliments her on it.
