A student from Saint Casablanca Academy who is a best friend of Karen Towamizu. She and Karen have double identities which are magical girls called an Utea. The power of Utea was granted by them by a familiar called Clio in order to defeat and purify magical beasts. Mizuki's Utea alias is Utea Grace.
