Height: 163 cm (5'3") She is one of the four-girl group that loves gossip, alongside Reo, Runa, and Sora. Due to her figure, she often gets hit on when she goes swimming in the ocean—a source of annoyance for her—so she began swimming at a pool owned by an acquaintance of her grandfather. The acquaintance who owned the pool was a former Chief Engineer who taught Sakura how to tinker with machinery; furthermore, hearing stories from the Blue Mermaids who frequented the pool inspired her to aim for the Marine Academy. She has an easygoing personality; during the mahjong games the four friends often play, she frequently has the game won by someone else just as she is in the middle of building a hand.
